An interactive shooting event where teams of photographers will be working in different groups to create a spread for the latest issue of our fashion and art magazine, FAYN. With the theme of this next issue, The Unseen Body, we hope to prompt deep discussions about how, as global image makers, we want to shine a light on the bodies we have not been brave enough to expose: nonbinary, multicultural, multi-generational, multi-colored. We want to curate images that seek the truth and beauty in our imperfections and diversity.
The evening will be sponsored by Profoto and will feature all the latest gear and studio lighting equipment. Our magazine's student and faculty editors will curate a diverse group of models to create a collaborative event that deepens out exploration of this theme and brings together the photographic community. Everyone who participates will have the opportunity to have their work published in the magazine. Refreshments will be served throughout the evening and it will take place in our beautiful photo studio at Burbank Studios.
